Preserving teeth – with modern root canal treatment

In the event of disease or infection of the dental pulp, we carefully examine whether the tooth can be preserved by means of root canal treatment – in many cases this is possible.

The root canal system is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sealed to prevent bacteria from entering using modern technology. The treatment is carried out with the utmost precision and is technically complex – nevertheless, it is usually preferable to a dental prosthesis with a bridge or implant.

After successful treatment, a crown or partial crown may be recommended for stabilisation. We also perform revisions of root fillings if previous treatment has not been successful. Our focus is on long-term tooth preservation.
