Institute of Medical Education
The IMD
The Institute for Medical Education, founded in 2020, supports local and inter-site projects ranging from research in teaching and training, evaluations, and innovation initiatives to joint projects with national and international partner institutions.
A particular focus of the IMD is on science-based, long-term, and curricularly integrated improvements to medical education. Looking to the future, the IMD is involved in, among other things, the use of digital technologies such as serious games and generative AI within the context of medical studies.
