Educational Offers

In the ward's playroom, all children are offered a variety of opportunities to be creative and playful. Individual work is used as well as work in small groups.

Even with the illness, it is important to support children in their emotional, social, cognitive and motor development. The pedagogical offers relate not only to the sick child, but to the whole family. Siblings are involved in activities.

By experimenting with different materials and playing together, the children experience distraction, a bit of normality, and have space for self-determination and initiative.

Playing together gives the child the opportunity to work through past sensory impressions and to experience feelings such as fear, joy, anger, exuberance and sadness.

During the school holidays, the Förderkreis offers sibling care. The content of the program is developed together with the respective supervisors, whereby there is of course also room for the children's spontaneous ideas and wishes.
