SMARTEMO
Do you have ADHD and difficulties in dealing with your emotions? Participate in our online study SMARTEMO!
Many people with ADHD experience difficulties with emotion regulation. The SMARTEMO study is investigating whether the hiFoon® app can help improve emotion regulation in adults with ADHD. hiFoon® provides scientifically based information on ADHD and emotion regulation and supports users with practical exercises and self-help tools for everyday life. As part of the study, you will use the app free of charge for twelve weeks. Participation takes place entirely online, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.
Who is the study suitable for?
For the study, we are looking for adults aged 18 and older who
