Code of Conduct

As a hospital, we provide an excellent service based on the synergy between patient care, research, and teaching, which are the foundation of excellent university medicine. We are aware of our responsibility for the patients entrusted to us and for the common good.

Hence, the Executive Board of UKB has adopted a Code of Conduct, which forms a guiding framework and provides an overview of UKB´s values and of behavioral requirements for all employees. Additional internal regulations can be defined if needed.

In addition to acting with integrity, UKB´s values encompass fairness, mutual respect, recognition, and appreciation in daily interactions with our colleagues, patients, contractual partners, and the public sphere.
