In this antenatal class you will be provided with information about:
-the german health care system regarding birth
-vaginal birth and C-section
-labour and birth positions
-what will help you to cope with labor pain; natural and medical painkillers
-your partner‘s/accompanying persons’s role
- the first hours with your baby
-breastfeeding
-postpartum
