Trauma Surgery

Our division of trauma surgery is part of the department for orthopaedics and trauma surgery at the University Hospital Bonn.
Trauma surgery is a surgical speciality involved in the invasive treatment of physical injuries, typically in an emergency setting (organ system and musculoskeletal system)‚ injuries primarily affecting the musculoskeletal system (the bony skeleton and muscles, ligaments and tendons), but also the brain and the spinal cord.
